Excellent condition. No rips or cracks in vinyl. Purchased October 2006. Gym closed Jan 2008. Almost new. Not heavily used. Equipment does not require much space. Great for large fitness center adding ladies only area, home gym, small fitness center, gymnastics gym, or church.
